Puck Empire (@puckempire) did a pretty cool project recently on Instagram.
The page shared a prediction of where they think each NHL free agent will sign in the summer of 2022. Including Boston Bruins captain Patrice Bergeron.
Puck Empire has Bergeron returning to the Bruins which is really no surprise, as Bs fans all know that he's confirmed he would rather retire than not return to Boston. They also have veterans Claude Giroux and Phil Kessel signing with the Bruins this summer.
The most surprising is Nino Niederreiter signing with the New York Islanders. The Swiss was drafted by the Islanders back in the first round of 2010 and wanted a trade out for not getting treated fairly. It would be odd to see him go back there.
