Buffalo Sabres acquiring goaltender Ben Bishop

As reported by NHL insider Kevin Weekes, the Buffalo Sabres appear to be acquiring the contract of Dallas Stars goaltender Ben Bishop.
35-year-old Bishop had to retire last season due to lingering knee problems over the last past few seasons.
The Sabres are acquiring the goaltenders contract to try and reach the cap floor, which they are currently $21 million below.
