Boston Bruins general manager Don Sweeney has quite the next month ahead for him.
The GM will have to figure out whether or not he'd like to haveRick Nash, Riley Nash, Tim Schaller, Tommy Wingels, Brian Gionta, Nick Holden and Anton Khudobin back.
Ideally yes, realistically, probably not.
"Haven't definitively ruled anybody out... We would like to bring everyone back, but that's not realistic in cap environment," he said.
Backup Anton Khudobin already stated his desire to be back in Boston, and forward Rick Nash wouldn't mind it either.
"It was disappointing with having the concussion and having some effects during it and only playing a certain amount of games and then coming back for the playoffs," Nash said Wednesday. "But everything was positive. The organization was great, the guys were awesome, so it was a great chapter here and hopefully it can continue."
The two things he'll factor into choosing his next team, the chance to win and quality of life in the city. Boston can fulfill both those needs.
"Boston's been great. It's been a pretty seamless transition for us, so everything was positive."
Would you like to see Nash back in a Bruins uniform next season?
