The entire first round of selections from the 2022 NHL Entry Draft
The Montreal Canadiens kicked off the 2022 NHL Entry Draft by selecting Juraj Slafkovsky with the #1 pick.
Followed by defenseman Simon Nemec to the New Jersey Devils and Logan Cooley to the Arizona Coyotes to round out the top-three.
The biggest surprise being former projected #1 pick Shane Wright falling out of the top-three and being picked by the Seattle Kraken at number four.
