Boston was hosting the New Jersey Devils back on March 31 when Tuukka Rask was in town for his ceremonial puck drop. Rask announced his retirement in the second week of February after a failed attempt at a comeback from hip surgery forced him out of the game.
The 35-year-old goaltender spent 15 seasons playing between the pipes for the B's, finishing his career as the franchise leader in both games played at the position (564) and wins (308).
The Bruins had cameras rolling prior to the game against the Devils, and were able to catch Rask chatting it up with former teammate Patrice Bergeron and a few trainers. he even got a surprise visit from current goaltender Jeremy Swayman, who had some kind words for the veteran.
