The Boston Bruins will have a little bit of a new-look roster for game three against the Carolina Hurricanes.

Hampus Lindholm suffered an upper-body injury in game two as a result of a hit by Hurricanes' forward Andrei Svechnikov and will not dress tonight. Mike Reilly will be taking Lindholm's spot on the backend. Rookie Jeremy will also be making his first start of the series instead of Linus Ullmark.

Head coach Bruce Cassidy also made a switch-up in his forward group as he's looking to go with a bit of veteran experience over youth for game three back at home.

Chris Wagner is making his first appearance in the series, which will also be only his second NHL game of the season. Wagner spent the full regular-season minus one game in the AHL with the Providence Bruins. He is a Massachusetts native who is excited to play in front of the home crowd and for another opportunity at the NHL level.

Wagner spoke with Boston Bruins reporter Eric Russo earlier today:

"Definitely emotional. I'm obviously very excited. I don't know if I really expected this to happen a couple of weeks ago, but I'm happy to be here and help the team win ... [have to bring] a little spark for sure. Down 2-0, we need something to just the series around."
