Pastrnak takes an elbow to the head

The reffing in the 2022 Stanley Cup playoffs has been a little suspect in every round so far.
The «game management» has been on full display this season and it clearly carried into the playoffs.
During game seven, Boston Bruins forward David Pastrnak took an elbow up high from Carolina Hurricanes defenseman Brendan Smith.

There was no penalty on the play but at a closer look, there definitely should have been. Of course, it's not the only reason the Bruins lost game seven against the Hurricanes but some protection for players would be nice to see.
