Boston Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery has made some interesting line changes ahead of their game tonight against the Calgary Flames.

The Boston Bruins have not been able to find consistency with their offence so far during the 2024-25 season, and this has led to head coach Jim Montgomery consistently throwing the lines into a blender.

Many fans do not agree with Jim Montgomery changing the lines after basically every game, as the players are not able to generate chemistry together, but that has not stopped Jim Montgomery, and today he has made some very interesting changes to the lines.

The biggest change has been Tyler Johnson who just signed with the Boston Bruins on Monday has already been promoted to the Boston Bruins top line with Pavel Zacha and David Pastrnak.

There are many other surprises but here are the lines the Boston Bruins were running today during practice, and more then likely their game lines as well.

AM lines:

Johnson-Zacha-Pastrnak
Marchand-Lindholm-Brazeau
Koepke-Coyle-Poitras
Beecher-Kastelic-Frederic
Geekie

Zadorov-McAvoy
Lindholm-Carlo
Lohrei-Wotherspoon

It was reported this morning that Boston Bruins defenseman Andrew Peeke will be out week-to-week, and Parker Wotherspoon with be placed back into the Bruins lineup in his spot.

Bruins forward Morgan Geekie will also once again be a healthy scratch for tonight's game vs the Calgary Flames.
