David Pastrnak officially leaves the Boston Bruins

After being eliminated from the playoffs against the Florida Panthers in 6 games, reports have surfaced that David Pastrnak has left the team.

The Boston Bruins fought hard in their series against the Panthers but ultimately didn't have the offence it would take to get the job done.

The day after the Bruins were eliminated there were reports that David Pastrnak will be leaving the Bruins to join team Czech at the World Championships.

FWIW, Gord Miller says he thinks David Pastrnak will join Czech team at World Championships

David Pastrnak played well for the Bruins in the playoffs putting up 4 goals, 4 assists in 13 games for the Bruins including a game winning goal in overtime against the Toronto Maple Leafs in game 7.

Pastrnak will look to help out team Czech at the World Championships.
