Former Boston Bruins Goaltender Linus Ullmark's Speaks On His Mental Health Struggles

This time of season can be trouble for some people, as they wrestle with their own mental health issues. This season though, former Boston Bruins goalie Linus Ullmark joined the discussion of raising awareness.
Bell's "Let's Talk" campaign has been focused on helping people with depression and other mental health issues.
The campaign itself will begin on January 22nd, 2025 but the company and Linus Ullmark have taken it upon themselves to lead the way.
Ullmark's message was heartfelt and validated our feelings, and offered solid advice on who you should establish a connection with when you're down.
Make sure it's someone you trust and can feel that you can be open with.
Don't force yourself to trust someone, or engage in a discussion with someone who doesn't sit right with you.
Ullmark himself assured us all that he's here for us.
Bell Let's Talk (Quebec French: Bell Cause pour la cause) is a campaign created by the Canadian telecommunications company, Bell Canada, in an effort to raise awareness and combat stigma surrounding mental illness in Canada.
Since its founding in 2010, the campaign has committed over $121 million to mental health in Canada with over 1.3 billion interactions registered across various forms of media.
This will be the 15th year of Bell's "Let's Talk Campaign" and putting Ullmark as one face in the fold, will be helpful to combat continued stigma in the hockey world.
