Jeremy Swayman gets emotional talking about Linus Ullmarks return to TD Garden tomorrow
Boston Bruins goaltender Jeremy Swayman got emotional when talking about Linus Ullmark's return to TD Garden with the Ottawa Senators tomorrow.
Tomorrow will mark the first time the Ottawa Senators and Boston Bruins face off during the 2024-25 season, which also means it's the first time they play Linus Ullmark since the trade in the off-season.
It doesn't seem like either team "lost" this trade as Linus Ullmark has been great for the Ottawa Senators, and Kastelic and Korpisalo have been great for the Bruins.
The Bruins also drafted Dean Letourneau with the pick they acquired from the Senators in the Ullmark trade and he has looked impressive at Boston College.
Not only is it going to be emotional for fans tomorrow, but also for Jeremy Swayman, and Linus Ullmark.
During a statement today, Jeremy Swayman got emotional and told reporters that it still doesn't feel real to him.

I think this is going to be a very emotional game for everyone involved as not only is it Ullmark's return to TD Garden, but also Kastelic, and Korpisalo's first time playing their former teams as well.
