Boston Bruins star David Pastrnak left the game and went to the locker room after possibly suffering an injury.

The Boston Bruins may be in some trouble as a report has revealed that David Pastrnak left during the second period and did not end up returning.

Pastrnak took a small hit in the neutral zone, and after taking the contact he stood there looking like he was injured or something did not feel right.

Noticed the same thing Brick did about Pastrnak that last shift. Took a hit in the neutral zone and kind of just stood there and did a quick little stretch like something didn't feel right.

According to Scott McLaughlin, Pastrnak ended up taking a couple extra shifts after this hit occurred, but would leave the game and head down to the locker room.

Pastrnak took a couple more shifts after this, but just went to the room.

Not long after, the Bruins got a power play chance, and Joe Sacco put Oliver Wahlstrom in David Pastrnak's spot, but they did not score on this opportunity.

Wahlstrom takes Pastrnak's spot on the "top" PP unit.

Losing David Pastrnak at this point would be terrible for the Bruins, as they are already having a tough time putting goals into the back of the net, and losing the one person who can do it on a nightly basis would be tough for the Bruins.

There hasn't been an official announcement regarding Pastrnak yet, but he did not end up returning to the ice for the second period, and the injury happened near the beginning of the second period.
