Unfortunate news strikes Bruins rivals player after announcement
Even though the Toronto Maple Leafs aren't playing meaningful hockey anymore, one of their players got received some unfortunate news today.
Stephen Ellis has been covering the World Championships and reported that Toronto Maple Leafs forward David Kampf was held out of Czechia's game today against Finland.
At first there was no reason revealed on why Kampf was pulled from the game, but with recent reports it's clear that Kampf was dealing with some sort of injury, and that's why he was held out.
The injury to Kampf isn't expected to impact him for the regular season next year, but there are still no details revealing what has happened to him, or how long he will be out for.
