The Boston Bruins have a big game tonight against the New Jersey Devils as they get closer to the playoffs.

A win tonight for the B's will clinch themselves a playoff spot, as a matter of fact the B's only need one point out of tonight's matchup to punch their ticket to the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

After a bit of a rough stretch things have really been coming together for the B's and for the first time in a long time look like they have a solid second line.

The playoffs aren't enough though as the B's are also looking to get closer to first place in the Mass Mutual Division.

"We want to clinch first. Hopefully, we take care of business [on Tuesday] and then we'll start worrying about [other things]. You always want to finish as high in the standings as you can," said Boston Bruins head coach Bruce Cassidy. "But I think this year more than any other year it's not going to matter as much. You've got four really good teams [in the East Division] that have been jockeying all year.
"

Every win brings them closer to the opportunity at having home ice advantage so expect a full effort from the B's down the stretch.

Check out tonight's lineup below:

Brad Marchand -- Patrice Bergeron -- David Pastrnak
Taylor Hall -- David Krejci -- Craig Smith
Nick Ritchie -- Sean Kuraly -- Charlie Coyle
Jake DeBrusk -- Curtis Lazar -- Karson Kuhlman

Jeremy Lauzon -- Charlie McAvoy
Matt Grzelcyk -- Steven Kampfer
Jakub Zboril -- Kevan Miller

Tuukka Rask
