The Boston Bruins season has officially ended after a 3-2 loss in game seven to the Carolina Hurricanes.

The home teams stayed perfect, winning every game of the series, as both clubs looked like entirely different teams home and away.

The Bruins brought a late push with the goalie pulled but could only muster one while almost getting the tying goal passed a stingy Hurricanes defence.

The Carolina Hurricanes will advance to play the winner of the Pittsburgh Penguins and New York Rangers series. Game seven will be Sunday night at 7 pm EST.
