Last Friday, Boston Bruins general manager Don Sweeney traded Jack Studnicka to the Vancouver Canucks for two prospects, goaltender Michael DiPietro and defenseman Jonathan Myrenberg.

Sunday afternoon, Studnicka skated with the Canucks for the first time and joined the media afterwards. One thing that stood out from the 23-year-old was how well-spoken he is and how he discussed the impact of the Bruins' center culture with the likes of Patrice Bergeron and David Krejci, and mainly how he wants to match that intensity with his new team.

''[Boston's] centers speak for themselves. Bergy, Krech, Coyle and everyone who's been there. You learn from them and watch what they do that makes them successful. I'm trying to bring that here, bring that culture and compete level they bring every day.''

Studnicka said it best in how Bergeron and Krejci are two of the best to ever play the game. Boston has been well-known for that ''culture,'' and fans around the league are seeing that firsthand with how they've succeeded through injuries to start this season.

Watch his media coverage below:

We wish nothing but the best for Jack in Vancouver! No doubt it was hard to move on from a guy who was once the best center prospect in the system, but in reality, the Bruins did right by giving him a chance to make an impact in the NHL.
